3. Conclusion of a Contract
A binding contract is only formed once an order or booking is confirmed by us in writing (e.g., via email). The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include statutory VAT (if applicable), unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include iDEAL, SEPA transfer, and other options listed on our website.

This may include arranging a return visit or providing a replacement professional. While we strive to resolve issues fairly, we cannot guarantee results and do not assume liability for the contractor’s work.
6. User Responsibilities During Service Delivery
If you are not satisfied with the execution or expected result, inform the professional immediately so they have the opportunity to adjust the work or fix any issues on the spot.
If you cannot reach an agreement, pause the work and contact us. We will work with both parties to help find a fair solution.
Please inspect the work once it is completed and inform us of any visible issues within 48 hours.
If we do not hear from you, we will assume that no issues were identified.
If defects are found upon completion, the professional will correct them as soon as possible. If disagreement persists, please contact us for assistance.
7. Changes During the Job
If it becomes clear during the job that additional work is necessary or requested, the professional will first discuss this with you. Any agreed-upon additional work and its price must be documented. This additional work will be billed and added to the final invoice.
8. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Full details, including conditions and exceptions, can be found in our Right of Withdrawal policy.
8B. Cancellations and Rescheduling
