A binding contract is only formed once an order or booking is confirmed by us in writing (e.g., via email). The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include statutory VAT (if applicable), unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. The professional performs the work at their own expense and risk and is solely responsible for the quality, completion, and any consequences of the service, including damages that may occur. However, we always do our best to support a smooth and positive collaboration between both parties. In case of conflict, we aim to help resolve misunderstandings quickly and fairly. However, we do not guarantee resolution, nor do we act as an arbitrator or legal advisor.6. User Responsibilities During Service Delivery
If you are not satisfied with the execution or expected result, inform the professional immediately so they have the opportunity to adjust the work or fix any issues on the spot.
If you cannot reach an agreement, pause the work and contact us — we will work with both parties to help find a fair solution.
Always conduct a final inspection once the job is completed. This is your responsibility. Warranty applies only to issues that could not reasonably have been detected during the work or at completion.
If you are satisfied, sign off on the work order to confirm completion and/or the hours worked.
If defects are found upon completion, the professional will correct them as soon as possible. If disagreement persists, please contact us for assistance.7. Changes During the Job

Any agreed-upon additional work must be documented in the work order. Such work will be billed at the applicable rate and added to the final invoice.8. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Full details, including conditions and exceptions, can be found in our Right of Withdrawal policy.
